What kind of brokerage is Clean Eats Group?

Clean Eats Group is a boutique CPG food and beverage brokerage. We work with a focused number of brands at a time, not a long roster, because the quality of attention matters more than the volume of clients. Our work spans retail distribution, foodservice sales, consulting, and Canada-US cross-border strategy, often in combination.

Do you work with all types of brands?

We work best with established food and beverage companies that have real commercial traction and a clear growth direction. The product needs to be differentiated, the team needs to be serious about execution, and there needs to be a genuine market opportunity. Fit matters to us because shallow partnerships do not produce good outcomes for either side.

Do you only work in Canada?

No. Canada is a significant part of our work, but we actively support brands thinking about growth in the United States and cross-border expansion between the two markets. Canada and the US have different retail structures, different distributor relationships, and different buyer expectations. We help brands understand those differences before committing resources to a new market.

Is your approach more strategic or execution-focused?

Both, and the balance depends on where the brand is. Some companies need strategic clarity first: which channels, which markets, in what order. Others are ready to execute but need stronger preparation and better outreach support. We work across both because strategy without execution does not move the needle, and execution without strategy produces scattered results.

How do we know if there is a fit?

The first call is the best way to find out. We talk through your brand, your distribution history, and your growth priorities. We are direct about whether we think there is a genuine fit.
